When Tarzan is orphaned as a baby deep in the African jungle, he is saved from certain death when he is adopted by a she-ape. But when his jungle domain is disturbed by the arrival of "civilized" men, Tarzan begins to wonder about his true identity.

Synopsis:

This summer, Disney Studios will release its newest animated summer blockbuster, "Tarzan, " and Tor Books will publish the original "Tarzan of the Apes." The movie features the voices of Glenn Close, Rosie O'Donnell, Minnie Driver and Nigel Hawthorne.
