Felicia Campbell's '4/18' destroys Vegas with a mysterious toxin that freezes gamblers, revelers, and debauchees in place forever. Vu Tran's 'Kubla Khan' is genuinely haunting, and there is even a parody of Harlan Ellison in C.J.
