I hear the book is an excellent resource. And I heard that Powell's is an excellent store. However, they listed this book as available, couldn't find it, blamed a customer for possibly misshelving it and apologized for the inconvenience. I have to give the store a grade "F". S**t happens. Maybe next time they'll be able to deliver.
