I had the opportunity to see a one-of-a-kind preview book prior to the inventory arriving at Powell's and I was blown away. I must say that my first thought was . . . "HOW MANY WAYS CAN YOU COOK MAC & CHEESE ?
Well, I must tell you this is a gorgeous book with a plethora (i learned that word in college) of high-quality recipes. Just INCREDIBLE.
This is evidently a 100 year centennial book celebration. WOW, Tillamook has been around for 100 years? What really touched me about this work is that it is also a celebration, and recognition of the families that have been invested in this industry for like 4-5 generations. WOW . . . and an appropriate honoring of those families. Hey, buy the book.
