This book should be titled "The FLEX Lifestyle". With 200 ways to lose weight and change your habits for the better, it is a wonderful resource for anyone looking to make their life healthier and happier. Best of all, it is written by a Portland cardiologist who really knows his stuff. Thanks, Dr Beckman, for this great book!

Great book! The ideas of how you can get started on weight loss are simple and do-able! Love how it gives you something to do today, next week and in the months to come, without it being a regimented plan.
