Book News Annotation:

A hefty volume subtitled: The Definitive Practical Guide to Gardening Techniques, Planning, and Maintenance. If one book can do it all, here is a good candidate. This publisher has a knack for making good use of clear, specific photos against a white background, and virtually every page of the Encyclopedia has pictures that communicate. No gimmicks, just solid advice, attractively presented.
