I love this book! The recipes are delicious and the helps in the front, such as the FASS explanation, really do help the palate when dealing with the metallic taste during chemo.
I also appreciated the clear descriptions of the various natural foods, herbs and spices that help the body heal. Our Cancer Resource Center provides meals based on these recipes making them very accessible. The class is designed for both the caregiver and patient allowing the caregiver to learn how to cook this way. Invaluable help! Thanks to Rebecca for this book and her others as well. They all are good!
I am currently seeking it out to give to a friend who just had cancer surgery. Pass it on!
