This is a must for any home cook, professional chef or passionate foodie! It is a collection of disastrous short stories written by different professional chefs. The stories differ from a wide array of mistakes they have made in kitchens; from hiring a blind cook to successfully deceiving hundreds with a fake souffle made of kitchen towels! It will make you laugh, wince and say "No way!" out loud in public spaces more than you would like.
Learn what NOT to do try in a kitchen with this most enjoyable book!
