Eisenhorn is hard biting, violent, and action packed. Dan Abnett is definitely the cream of the Black Library's crop. Eisnehon is an awesome character. Driven to the edge by his own pursuit of the destruction of Chaos, Eisenhorn is a torn and doomed hero. This well-written, well-paced story tears its way across the bloody future galaxy. The monsters are horrific, intelligent, and diabolical. They are only matched by the same in Eisenhorn and his team.  I'd recommend this to any science-fiction fan. It is also a good stepping-off point for anyone curious to see whether Warhammer novels are any good.

Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

Inquisitor Eisenhorn is one on the most senior members of the Imperial Inquisition. With his warband he scourges the galaxy in order to root out heresy. When that heresy is found to infiltrate the hierarchy of the Imperium and the Inquisition itself, he must rely on himself alone to deal with it — even if it means making deals with the enemy.

Review:

"Abnett is the gold standard." Enigma

Review:

"Abnett's punchy, pacey style fits perfectly." SFX

Description:

All three books of the Eisenhorn trilogy along with two short stories, Eisenhorn's case book and compendium in one volume.
