Synopses & Reviews
A coloring book for grown-ups, The Sneaker Coloring Book is a collection of 100 black and white line drawings of popular sneaker designs, shown in side view, to color, alter, or customize. The models featured are 100of the most popular designs from 1916 to the present day from 18 major brands including Adidas, Converse, New Balance, Nike, Onitsuka Tiger, Puma, Reebok, and Vans. Brand, model name, launch date, and category are listed for each sneaker. The drawings are printed on high-quality drawing paper and the pages are perforated so that a drawing can be removed once completed.
Taking a fun and highly original approach to sneaker culture, the book will appeal to anyone who likes to color and customize their sneakers, to fashion and footwear designers, illustrators, graphic designers and, above all, to the sneaker fanatics who want to own every book about their favorite subject.
Taking a whimisical and irreverent approach to shoe worship, thisand#160;coloring book for all agesand#160;of original shoe designs is perfect for fashionistas and doodlers alike.
Legendary artist/designer Seymour Chwast andand#160;award-winning book designer/illustrator Carol Chu offer upand#160;more than one hundred original shoe designs to color and create.and#160;Paired with quotes from philosophers, rock stars, and other deep thinkers,and#160;these shoes are the visual interpretation of their words. Simultaneously creative and contemplative, it gives shoe lovers/doodlers much more to think about thanand#160;should theand#160;shoe match the purse. Does it match their style?and#160;Their mood?and#160;Does it add depth and understanding to theseand#160;ruminations on what it means to be human?and#160;Shoes, Shoes, Shoes offers up a novel and interesting way to look at life and the shoe.
