This volume provides heat capacity data compiled for approximately 480 organic compounds containing C; H; N; O; Br; Cl; F; I; S; Si over extensive temperature ranges in the solid and liquid phases.

The following data are given for each compound:

empirical formula, CAS Registry Number, compound name, literature source, physical state, correlation equations, observed and calculated heat capacity data for the solid and for the liquid compound tabulated according to experimental temperatures, heat capacity difference at the melting point of the compound and the enthalpy and entropy of melting.
