    About the Author

    Alison Castle studied philosophy as an undergraduate at Columbia University and went on to receive her graduate degree in photography and film from the New York University/International Center of Photography masters program. She is currently based in Paris and works as an artist and writer.

    Dan Auiler is the author of Hitchcock's Notebooks and Vertigo: The Making of a Hitchcock Classic. His books on Martin Scorsese's Taxi Driver and Goodfellas (Putnam/Bloomsbury) will be published in 2002. He lives in Long Beach, California.
