I Know How to Cook is Julia Child meets Betty Crocker, all wrapped up in Joy of Cooking. Most Americans may skip the recipes for aspic, eel, sheep's feet, and brain, but remember, this book was first published 1932, so there are going to be a few things we find anachronistic, but we might find them interesting from a historical point of view. Be sure to check out the inside of the dust jacket — it's the most beautiful inside of a dust jacket I've ever seen.
