What we have enjoyed about this book is how a food comes to mind and it's in this book. Mac and Cheese, Apple Brown Betty, Wild Rice, this list goes on and on. The side stories are great, a taste of America.

When I purchased this book I honestly was not sure it would be something I would use. Boy was I ever wrong.

Colorful, clear and easy to follow, juicy pictures, I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in regional foods of America!
