My husband and I are always watching our budget and the original book really helped us. So when I picked up this new edition I could not wait to bring it home and try some of the new recipes.

We were not disappointed! The dishes for entertaining are wonderful and the updated information about all of the new dehydration methods and products is really valuable.

I think anyone looking to be a bit smarter in their own kitchen and save a lot of their budget could really use this book.
