There are tarts, tortes, cobblers, crumbles, crisps, bars, cookies, cake, coffeecake; delicious baked and frozen desserts. The book includes facts about rhubarb, how to plant it and tips for preparation. The Joy of Rhubarb will convince you the "old pie plant" is not just for pie anymore.
