I READ THIS BOOK IN SCHOOL AND I HAD PURCHASED A USED VERSION AND HAVE SHARED IT WITH MANY YOUNG WOMEN OVER THE YEARS.

THIS BOOK IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF SURVIVAL SKILLS AND BEING ABLE TO HANDLE THE UNKNOWN. IT HELPS TEACH YOUNG LADIES RESPONSIBLITY AND OWNERSHIP OF THEIR DECISIONS.

THIS BOOK SHOWS THAT THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY TO BE WITHOUT PARENTS AT A YOUNG AGE AND CHILDREN HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE IT ON THEIR OWN IF THEY PUT THEIR MINDS TO IT.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AS REQUIRED READING IN SCHOOL. IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT IT IS FICTION, THE LESSONS THAT CAN BE LEARNED IS WHAT MAKES IT VALUABLE.
