Aaiden was raised to believe that magic existed and was to be respected, but also that he would probably never see any of it. He had been taught that the stories that crazy Pluritan told the village children—stories of Dragons, Dwarves and warrior women with angel wings—were just a product of a feeble old mind. A day came, though, when he showed the entire village that he had powerful magic of his own, much to his surprise.
