I love this cookbook. As a native - its hard to buy regional cookbooks when you are used to the N'awlins family traditional way of cooking - which differs from family to family - from one section of the city to the other. However, I've found that this cookbook comes closet to the way my family prepare our local dishes and highly recommend it to anyone. It has been on my shelf since its first publication - and I've kitchen tested every recipe in it! I LOVE IT!
