Publisher Comments:

'\\[I\\]Reflective Teaching in Second Language Classrooms\\[/I\\] aims to develop an approach in which teachers collect data about their own teaching; examine their attitudes, beliefs, assumptions, and teaching practices; and use the information obtained as a basis for critical reflection about teaching.\\[P\\]\\[P\\]The questions this book explores are not linked to a particular view of teaching, since teachers work in very different situations, teach different kinds of content, use a variety of teaching methods, and have varying amounts of experience and skill. The book does not set out to tell teachers what effective teaching is, but rather tries to develop a critically reflective approach to teaching that can be used with any method.\\[P\\]\\[P\\]This book is appropriate for both practicing teachers and teachers-in-training.'

Well, the cover states ' second language classroom'; in my opinion English language classroom would be more preferable as not all learners learn English as their second language. At times English language becomes the third or fourth language to be learned in the classrooms. Therefore, 'English language classroom' would be more appropriate.
