Spencer, April 12, 2006 (view all comments by Spencer)
Originally published in 2005 by Oxford University Press, this charming book is sure to make waves when it is released on American soil. Snow does a superb job of capturing the essence of a children's fantasy by merging text and hundreds (no exaggeration) of extremely entertaining line drawings. It is no wonder that this first book in a new trilogy has already been picked up for movie production.
