This biography details his career in the US Army, which began at age 15, and also gives information on his early life and his marriage, drawing on the author's personal interviews with Meadows. The book includes b&w personal and historical photos and an appendix of research notes on the use and effects of Agent Orange. Hoe served in the British Army Special Forces.
