Carl Magruder, September 24, 2008 (view all comments by Carl Magruder)
Sociocracy has the potential to save the world from the basic conundrum of our being interconnected with the whole of humanity, and indeed the cosmos while the locus of decision making still resides in the individual. This book does an excellent job of communicating the basic structures, philosophy, and history of Sociocracy. You can probably only really learn it by a workshop or doing it, however.
