Oh My Goodness! What FUN this book is! My little girl and I have just fallen in love with Dot. The gentle, easy writing and clean, boldly colored illustrations make it a joy to rediscover page after page every time we read Dot together. Okay, at this point, I actually do the reading, but little daughter is quickly catching on. I'd say that Dot is our new favorite book, but it has actually been one of our favorites for a while now, only slightly overtaken in position by Bjorn Ansbro's second book in the Dot series, "Dot Wonders". Our family Highly Recommends these refreshing and delightful books! We eagerly await more Dot sequels. Write on, Mr. Ansbro!
