This is the third edition of this book, with new sections and some new content.
The previous two editions were full of useful information, history, and anecdotes about cider. There are chapters on types of both sweet and hard cider, comprehensive instructions which can get you started making your own cider, plans for a cider press, and recipes for different types of hard cider. The reference section has many useful titles as well.
I own both previous editions and am currently working through the new edition to see all the changes. It has been an invaluable reference in my cider making pursuits.
