Clayton KS Chun, PhD is Chair for the Department of Distance Education at the United States Army War College, Carlisle Barracks in Pennsylvania. He completed a full career in the United States Air Force with assignments in missile, space, strategy development, and teaching military and air power strategy. His book US Army in the Plains Indian Wars 1865-1891 was published by Osprey in 2004.

It was good to see a new book on the Doolittle Raid. There are two photos of the target area plus one before and one after that are attributed to Lt. Knobloch. These four photos were actually taken by Lt. Campbell, the navigator. If you look at a photo, a model, or an actual B-25B it is clear that the target photos were taken from each side through the navigators windows rather than the co-pilots window.
