I am a professional astrologer from Indonesia and find that this book is very usefull. Noel teaches about the basic of Solar Arc Method. The method is quite simple but powerfull. It works by measure for example the degree between your natal Sun or Yupiter toward Midheaven of Nadir The sample is the horoscope of Queen Victoria of England. By measure the degree between her natal Yupiter and Midheaven, we can predict the accession year of the queen acurately. The second example is Queen Elizabeth II (also from England). By the case of Elizabeth II we measure the degree between her natal Sun and her Nadir or IC.
One degree represents one year. So if the result is 33 degree. It means that something important will happen in age 33.
Besides that the book also teaches us about tertiary progression and the using of midpoints. It is quite interesting and we shouldn't miss this book. It is a must for a practical astrologer.
