About the Author

Brini Maxwell was inspired by the thrift store purchase of a set of '50s nesting bowls to create her public access program, "The Brini Maxwell Show," in 1998. The show developed a cult status and was picked up in 2003 by the Style Network. Brini has been interviewed on CNN, MSNBC, E! Entertainment Television, and Late Night with Conan O'Brien, among other programs. She lives in New York City.
