Publisher Comments:

The Fair Trade Fraud is a direct attack on US trade policies and on the principle of political control of trade. James Bovard exposed the political and moral core of protectionism, demonstrating that politicians cannot make trade more fair by making it less free.

Bovard clearly has a Neoliberal bias in a world where the rich only get richer and the poor get poorer as a result of horrific and damaging trade policies encapsulated in globalization and propelled by the WTO, IMF and World Bank. I for one admit it is important to see the justifications used by the Neoliberal camp, however understand that this is Pure Propaganda.
