Pfeffer captures your heart as you cannot set this book down. As tragedies are the new normal, glimpses of a better future are a gift. As you read this novel you will feel for yourself as if you were Miranda. I just wish for more books of this series to come. As Alex and Miranda explore Howell, you too will choose sides in the family. With a heart gripping end this is a great read.
