Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

In this sturdy new lift-the-flap gatefold format, Spot and his friends are off to Grandma's house with a balloon for her birthday. But when the wind whisks it away, they must chase after it. Help Spot and his friends find the balloon by lifting the gatefold flaps along the way in this fun new format. It's the most durable lift-the-flap Spot title yet, and is sure to stand up to all the punishment toddlers can dish out. Thirty years on from the original lift-the-flap book, Where's Spot?, Spot shows that he's still got what it takes to engage the youngest readers.

Synopsis:

Spot loves his shiny red bicycle, a pink birthday cake and a bright white snowman. Read this book and see if you can identify your favorite colors, too. This chunky board book features colorful artwork, simple words, and easy concepts that are perfect for infants and toddlers.

Synopsis:

Count along with Spot — from one ball to ten shining stars — in this lively picture book that helps teach small children simple number skills. This chunky board book features colorful artwork, simple words, and easy concepts that are perfect for infants and toddlers.

About the Author

Eric Hill (www.funwithspot.com) left school when he was 15 and took up cartooning while working as a messenger at an art studio. He created Where's Spot? as a bedtime story for his two-year old son. It was published four years later, and the rest is history.
