A book like this should have been written years ago, but it took the "green" revolution to make a decent diet available to all. 'Skinny Bitch' not only serves up a diet that will keep you thin and beautiful, it does so with panache. Animal products are not only murderously damaging to the animals we use in the name of epicure, the environment suffers and our furred up arteries become narrower as the national waistline spills over our waistbands like an old mattress. 'Skinny Bitch' is irreverant - buy it!
