Heard the Hear & Now OPB interview with this author and couldn't wait to try the VERY SIMPLE recipes discussed on air, and was very pleased with the results! Fall and Winter are a great time to try these great taste, low effort recipes, which are by and large quite healthy as well (creamy satisfying taste without the cream!). Enjoy!
