I love this book! I discovered it in my twenties and have lost count of the times I've read it since. The Paper Bag Princess is a refreshing and empowering story for children of all ages that provides a welcome addition to the collective pool of literary role models. Highly recommended.

This book is touching in every sense. Not only does it involve a strong and fearless princess, but it teaches us about the many possibilities there can be in a fantasy book involving a princess and a prince.
