About the Author

Perry Lethlean is Director of the Melbourne office of Taylor Cullity Lethlean. He was one of the first students to participate in the RMIT University Landscape Architecture program at its inception in 1982. Completion of an Urban Design Masters followed in 1992. Perry?s work is widely published, particularly his successful entries for major national design competitions. His skills in urban design, at both the large master planning and detailed design scales, make him a valuable asset to the company and clients. A sought after design lecturer and critic at Universities and juror for professional practice awards, Perry is considered to be one of Australia?s leading contemporary urban and landscape designers.Kate Cullity is a noted landscape architect and environmental artist with particular skills in the integration of public art with landscape and urban design. From 1986 she has worked on a wide range of landscape projects varying from small-scale courtyard designs to large-scale masterplans.
