Fenske's first book is a delight! What is "wrong" with the first character that she doesn't want to tell people about? What does a modern-day pirate do ... and look like? Why you shouldn't eavesdrop on people having sex on the beach below your balcony.

Intelligent, articulate, sexy, and funny as hell, this book cheered up what was an enormously dreary year. I can't wait for her next book!
