Recommended! This is THE book to read for informative information on transgender people -- whether you are considering the trans process yourself or are in training to work with transgender people as a Gender Specialist. It is an extension of the Harry Benjamin work, starting with basic vocabulary, MTF and FTM hormone administration, surgery guidelines, therapist support tools, understanding your rights, insurance and lists of national/international organization professional support agency contact information. Invaluable.
