About the Author

She was formerly Managing Editor of a series of outdoors-themed books, and is the author of ABUNDANTLY WILD: COLLECTING AND COOKING WILD EIDBLES IN THE UPPER MIDWEST, as well as numerous other outdoors-related cookbooks. Teresa also writes magazine articles on wild foods and cooking, and has taken up photography in recent years. Teresa lives in Minneapolis with husband, Bruce, and their Senegal parrot, Tuca.
