About the Author
A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, Antonia Lofaso has served as executive chef at Spago, Foxtail, and Black Market Liquor Bar in Los Angeles, where she lives as a single mother with her eleven-year-old daughter. She appeared on the fourth season of Bravoandrsquo;s Top Chef and returned as a fan favorite and finalist on Top Chef: All-Stars.
