Publisher Comments:

"Cooking Freshwater Fish" features more than 50 contemporary approaches to classic fish recipes from nationally recognized Chef Lucia Watson, a James Beard Award Nominee and perennially popular Minneapolis Chef and owner of Lucia's Restaurant. Each distinctive recipe is easy to prepare and superb on the table with helpful cooking tips plus unique insight into fish factors that affect recipe selection. As a bonus feature, additional exclusive chapters include hands-on illustration of "Cleaning the Catch" and "Keeping the Catch," plus a special chapter on the infamous "Shorelunch." This hardcover book is as beautiful as it is instructive, with each recipe illustrated with elegant and stunning food photography by one of the country's finest studio photographers Chuck Nelson of Brainerd, MN.
