About the Author
Rosario Pignatello is Professor of Pharmaceutical Technology and Legislation at the University of Catania, Italy. His research activity in the area of innovative pharmaceutical technology in particular focuses on: preparation, physico-chemical characterization and biological evaluation of polymer micro- and nanoparticles as modified drug delivery systems and synthesis and technological investigation on chemically engineered polymers for drug delivery.
