However, every one of us avoids applying Modeletics to ourselves. These four principles go beyond apologetics which is defensive and based on what you already know. Modeletics will fix your wrong thought patterns. It will identify truth and increase your understanding. Modeling God shows how to intentionally work on the causes that lead to the effects we all desire: peace, joy, humility, love, forgiveness, mercy, righteousness, etc.

This book is heresy. It reeks of Gnosticism. Obviously Lenhart has no training in Hermeneutics. The eisegesis is obvious and scary. I strongly suggest anyone reading this book go directly to your Pastor and bounce the premise off him. www.modelinggogheresy.com can help.

During the past year, I have been teaching the principles in "Modeling God" in Bibles studies and one-on-one mentoring sessions. In the past, I have used many popular Christian Bible study materials. Most just emphasize the effects we as Christians "should have" evident in our lives. However, it seems none explain the "why" or "how" like "Modeling God"...well enough that people can make intentional progress. This book clearly explains a non-contradictory definition for God, faith, grace, salvation, life, truth, prayer, love, and the meaning of life. During the past year, I have seen tremendous growth in individuals that have applied these principles to their lives. They are hearing more clearly from God, know what they believe and why, and are intentionally making progress towards God.
