About the Author
Jessica Evans is the author or co-author of several projects, including New Perspectives on the Internet, New Perspectives on Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003, and Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003?Illustrated. Jessica also works for Thomson Course Technology as a Developmental Editor. During the past nine years, she has edited over 30 books on programming languages, database concepts, SQL, Oracle, database applications, Office applications, and electronic commerce. Prior to her work with Thomson Course Technology, Jessica was a Developmental Editor for West Educational Publishing, where she managed projects in accounting, business, information systems, marketing, and management.
In between projects, Jessica provides Web site development consulting and training services to several businesses and schools where she lives. She also serves as the webmaster for the local elementary school her daughter attends. Jessica graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in communications.
