Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

You long to express your feelings, share your memories, and thank those people who have helped you along the way. But letting others know how you truly feel about them can be difficult, particularly if you find yourself reluctant to write down your emotions.

From Me to You provides the key to writing sincere personal messages by mixing friendly step-by-step instruction with model letters and inspiring stories. You'll learn how to accurately express your sentiments in letters of gratitude, sympathy, forgiveness, love, apology, and comfort, and ensure that your words are remembered and appreciated.

Review:

"From Me to You is one of those how-to books that succeeds far beyond its how-to purpose. JacLynn Morris and Dr. Paul Fair make a significant contribution not only to craft, but also to the power of caring between people. I highly, highly recommend it." Terry Kay, author of To Dance With the White Dog and Taking Lottie Home

Review:

"Through our words we connect, heal, enhance — or botch things up. This wonderful and helpful guide will set you on the path to writing wisely and well." Harriet Lerner, Ph.D., author of The Dance of Anger: A Woman's Guide to Changing the Patterns of Intimate Relationships

Review:

"Few books deliver what they promise; this one does that and more. I especially liked the chapter on letters of comfort and condolence." Rabbi Harold S. Kushner, author of When Bad Things Happen to Good People

Review:

"This book teaches the reader how to deliver a message with eloquence and meaning! You can quickly learn how to pass on a memory, advice and sympathy to those in need without being intrusive." Alexis Abramson, NBC Today Show Expert Guest and Founder, CEO of MatureSmart, Inc.
