About the Author

Barbara Ras is the author of Bite Every Sorrow, which won the Walt Whitman Award and the Kate Tufts Discovery Award, and One Hidden Stuff. She recently received a fellowship from the Guggenheim Foundation. Her poems have appeared in The New Yorker, Georgia Review, TriQuarterly, Orion, and other magazines.
