About the Author

David Kelleyreceived his Ph.D. from Princeton University and his M.A. and B.A. from Brown University. The Art of Reasoninggrew out of his extensive experience teaching logic at Vassar College and Brandeis University. In 1990, he founded the Institute for Objectivist Studies in Poughkeepsie, New York, and currently serves as its executive director. He is the author of Evidence of the Senses, as well as numerous articles published in professional journals and in periodicals such as Harper"s, Barron"s, and the Wall Street Journal.
