The new Third Edition retains the elements that have made the book a classic while embracing new technology and responding to the needs of today's students and teachers. The Study of Orchestration ensemble--text, workbook, and enhanced compact discs--is the most complete instructional package available and the ideal reference tool for students, teachers, performers, composers, and arrangers.
