About the Author

Judy Sierra holds a Ph.D. in folklore from UCLA and has compiled several books of folklore for teachers and storytellers. The author of many successful picture books, she lives in Northern California.Stefano Vitale grew up in Italy and studied in Venice and Verona before coming to the U.S. His work has appeared in national magazines and many works for children. He lives in New York.
