We have had a copy of this book for years (had to replace a couple times, I keep giving it to people). Most practical and useful Yoga book we have (we have many). This one gets used the most. Good explanations, pictures, sequences, remedial programs (sequence/pose recommendations for various health issues). Good for beginners, and a good reference for experienced practitioners.
