Overall, this was a great introductory text. The chapters included great real world examples to help explain the topics and often used humor to "lighten" the subject. There are numerous graphics throughout the book. Sometimes they are wonderful, others overwhelming. Don't be frightened by them, with a little careful reading, they are all fairly easy to understand. The chapters are broken down nicely, and it is easy to find what you are looking for. The questions at the ends of the chapters are a great review. All together, I'd recommend this textbook.
